First after removing the config file username\documents\battelfield v\settings restart then do not make any changes to the profile and close the game.

I have installed Python 3.6.6 and Qt 5.11.0 in the process of trying to fix this.

I have just installed QGIS 3.2 on my Mac (over the top of 3.0.2) but it keeps crashing on start up - before opening any window but after the splash screen is removed.
